 Matt Short captures 1st Place & the $2,000.00 Check!

Matt Short & Kevin Coulter

Matt Short took care of business this weekend at The Club @ Irish Creek. The course was setup extremely difficult this weekend & the scores told the story, but it wasn't to tough for Matt, who carded the tournament low round of 68 to collect the 1st Place $2,000.00 check.

"I basically played mistake free, then birdied 16 & made par on 17 & 18 to win!", Matt Short

 

Bruce McDonald posted -1(141) to take 2nd place &

Frank Adams III/Chris Walsh both posted E(142) to tie for 3rd. 

 

The tour would like to thank Jeremy Hurst & the Irish Creek Staff for providing a beautiful & very challenging golf course this weekend.

Compete for 3 seperate purses on 2 Tours at Irish Creek!

 
Players can enter 3 Tournaments over 4 rounds at Irish Creek. There will be a 36 hole Coulter Pro Tour event on 8/15-8/16 for $400.00, a 36 hole Carolinas Pro Golf Tour event on 8/18-8/19 for $450.00 & for those who play the CPT & the CPGT, a 72 hole event for a $50.00 enter fee (100% of the $50.00 for the 72 hole event will be paid back to the players). It's a total cost of $900.00 to enter all 3 events & you could make a check from 3 purses!
