Matt Short & Kevin Coulter

Matt Short took care of business this weekend at The Club @ Irish Creek. The course was setup extremely difficult this weekend & the scores told the story, but it wasn't to tough for Matt, who carded the tournament low round of 68 to collect the 1st Place $2,000.00 check.

"I basically played mistake free, then birdied 16 & made par on 17 & 18 to win!", Matt Short

Bruce McDonald posted -1(141) to take 2nd place &

Frank Adams III/Chris Walsh both posted E(142) to tie for 3rd.

The tour would like to thank Jeremy Hurst & the Irish Creek Staff for providing a beautiful & very challenging golf course this weekend.

Kevin Coulter & Bryan Bigley

Congratulations to Bryan Bigley for his 2nd win in a row on the Coulter Pro Tour. Bryan posted 65 in the 1st round & followed it up with a 71 in the 2nd round to win by 4 strokes. His 8 under 136 allowed him to collect the $2,000.00 check. Tucked pins made scoring extreme difficult in the Final round on Sunday & the scores definitely reflected it. Frank Adams III came in 2nd place at 4 under, Gary Haugh came in 3rd place at 3 under & Wake Forest's Daniel Meggs posted 2 under to come in 4th place.

The Coulter Pro Tour would like to thank Raintree Country Club for hosting a great event!

Kevin Coulter & Bryan Bigley

Congratulations to Bryan Bigley for his win at Deer Brook! Bryan made birdie on 18 to get into a playoff, at 4 under par with Joshua Philbeck. Bigley then made a birdie on the 1st playoff hole to collect the $1,100.00 check. It was Bryan's sixth Professional Victory & his 1st on the Coulter Pro Tour. Joshua Philbeck shot a 66 in the final round to end up in 2nd place & the "Big Break's" - Kevin Taylor posted two rounds of 71 to finish in 3rd at 2 under par. The CPT would like to thank Deer Brook for hosting the event this weekend.

Kevin Coulter & Derek Watson

Congratulations to Derek Watson, who took 1st place with an 8 under par 136, to win the CPT Eagle Chase event by 6 shots. The tough pin placements didn't stop Watson from draining 10 birdies. Gary Haugh shot 2 under 142 to take 2nd place & the "Big Break's" Kevin Taylor posted a 69 in the 2nd round to finish in 3rd place.

The Coulter Pro Tour would like to give a special thanks to Wally Moore and the staff at Eagle Chase for making the event a success.

Kevin Coulter & Kevin Taylor

Kevin Taylor's birdie on #17, was the shot that made the difference, to win the 1st Coulter Pro Tour event at the Warrior. Taylor & Frank Adams both posted 32's on the front 9, of the final round, but Taylor shot 35 coming in to cash the $2,000.00 Check.

Frank Adams came in 2nd followed by Derek Brown in 3rd & Bryan Bigley & Matt Short tied for 4th. The CPT would like to thank the Warrior and it's staff for providing a great course this weekend.
